Terms of Sales for Darkmoonprint.com

1. Introduction

These Terms of Sales apply to all purchases made on Darkmoonprint.com, operated by Koskinen IT Service, by consumers residing in Norway. The agreement is governed by relevant Norwegian legislation, including the Contracts Act (avtaleloven), the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjΓΈpsloven), the Marketing Act (markedsfΓΈringsloven), the Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven), and the E-commerce Act (ehandelsloven).

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. The Agreement

The agreement between the buyer and the seller consists of these terms, the information provided during the checkout process (product details, prices, delivery info), and any individual agreements made. In the event of conflict, special agreements will take precedence.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT (MVA). The total cost, including shipping and any fees, will be clearly stated before you confirm your order. No hidden charges will apply.

5. Conclusion of Agreement

A binding agreement is formed when your order is confirmed via email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious errors in pricing, stock, or product information.

6. Payment

Payment is processed through the available payment methods at checkout.
We accept payment via Stripe (card), Vipps, and PayPal.
The amount will be reserved upon order placement and charged when the goods are shipped. Invoice payments must have a minimum 14-day due date and are not available for customers under the age of 18.

7. Delivery

Orders are delivered via Posten, Bring, or Helthjem. Normal delivery time is 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated. If no specific delivery time is given, goods must be delivered within 30 days of order.

8. Risk of the Goods

The risk for the goods passes to the buyer once the goods have been physically received by the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer.

9. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email is sufficient). Items must be returned in substantially the same condition as received.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If the item cannot be returned by regular post, we will inform you of the estimated return cost.

10. Delay or Non-Delivery

If we do not deliver within the agreed timeframe, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund. Please contact us promptly if your delivery is delayed.

11. Defects / Complaints

You have the right to complain about defective goods for up to 2 years (or up to 5 years for goods meant to last substantially longer). Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

12. Seller’s Rights in Case of Breach

If the buyer fails to pay, we may charge late fees and interest according to the Norwegian Late Payment Interest Act. We may also cancel the order after a reminder.

13. Guarantee

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, no warranty beyond the legal consumer rights is offered.

15. Dispute Resolution
